Jan (Oom Thomas) Thomas Martins

Jan, known as Oom Thomas, was born on April 22nd, 1843 in Graaff Reinet.  He died due to a cardiac arrest, and Pneumonia, at the age of 58 on October 7th, 1901 in Boer Hospital, St. Helena.  He was buried in Knollcombe Cemetary, St. Helena.

 Elizabeth (Meraai) Jacoba Margaretha van Wyk
Elizabeth, known as Meraai, was born on October 20th, 1845 in Cradock, Stormberg District, Eastern Cape.  She died at the age of 67 on October 16th, 1913 in "Panfontein", Heidelberg.

 Joshua Joachim Martins (Francois)
Joshua was born on October 4th, 1864.  He died at the age of 61 on July 18th, 1926.  He was buried in “DE WAAL”  Gobabis  Distrik Naby Leonardville  Namibia.

 Fredrika Martha Martens (Johanna)
Fredrika was born on December 1st, 1867 in Jachtfontein, Potchefstroom.  She died at the age of 70 on October 8th, 1938 in Modderfontein, Potchefstroom.

 Daniel Johannes Cornelius Martins
Daniel was born on May 18th, 1870 in Potchefstroom.  He died at the age of 58 on August 12th, 1928 in Vlakfontein, Heidelberg.

She died before 1901.

 Jan (Tommie) Thomas Martins
Jan, known as Tommie, was born on July 25th, 1872.  He died due to a medical problem, High blood pressure, at the age of 68 on March 9th, 1941 in "Schneider", Leonardville dist..  He was buried in Schneider, dist. Leonardville/Pretorius, near Gobabis.

Jacobus was born on January 25th, 1874 in Jachtfontein.  He died about 1934.  He was buried in Windhoek.

 Anna Catharina Maria Martins
Anna was born on May 15th, 1878 in Jachtfontein.  She died at the age of 56 on June 2nd, 1934 in at her home on Het Poortjie, Potchefstroom.

Maria was born about 1880.  She died before 1901.

Paul was born about 1887.  He died before 1901.

 Frans Johannes Cornelius Martins
Frans was born on September 27th, 1887.  He died from a heart attack, Heart failure with prostate cancer, at the age of 64 on December 11th, 1951 in General Hospital Johannesburg.  He was buried in Sterkfontein Graveyard. Krugersdorp.

 Zeeberg Martins
Zeeberg was born on July 16th, 1889.  He died at the age of 77 on September 4th, 1966 in General Hospital, Pretoria.
