Jozua was born about 1796 in Graaff Reinet and his baptism took place there on October 23rd, 1796.  He died on July 11th, 1870 in Jachtfontein, Potchefstroom.

Jozua was born on June 2nd, 1832 in Graaff Reinet and his christening took place there on July 18th, 1833.  He died at the age of 86 on August 3rd, 1918 in Jachtfontein, Potchefstroom.  He was buried in Modderfontein.

Elizabeth was born on October 16th, 1841.  She died at the age of 52 on November 5th, 1893.

 Jan (Oom Thomas) Thomas Martins

Jan, known as Oom Thomas, was born on April 22nd, 1843 in Graaff Reinet.  He died due to a cardiac arrest, and Pneumonia, at the age of 58 on October 7th, 1901 in Boer Hospital, St. Helena.  He was buried in Knollcombe Cemetary, St. Helena.

 Maria Catharina Christina Martens
Maria was born about February 1845 in Graaff Reinet.  She died on June 16th, 1889 in "Ranfontein", Heidelberg.
