Paulus Beck

Paulus was born about 1736 and his baptism took place on December 9th, 1736 in Cape Town.  Paulus' father was Paulus Beck and his mother was Catharina Maartens.  His maternal grandparents were Anthony or Anton  Maartens and Sara Moller (Claassen). He had two brothers and two sisters, named Anthony, Paulus, Engela and Hendrina.  He was the oldest of the five children.
