Martha Helena Bornman

Martha was born on October 16th, 1855 in Kroonstad.  Martha's father was Christiaan Hieronymus Bornman and her mother was Martha Helena Lourens.  Her paternal grandparents were Johan Christiaan Bornman and Cornelia Carolina du Preez. She had two brothers named Cornelius and Christiaan.  She was the second oldest of the three children. She had two half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Christoffel, Thomas, Johanna, Martha and Elizabeth.
