Maria Christina Du Plessis

Maria was born before 1863.  Maria's father was nn Du Plessis and her mother was Maria Christina Oosthuizen.  Her maternal grandparents were Willem (Martin) Maartens Oosthuizen and Hester Jacoba Venter. She had a brother and two sisters, named Hendrik, Jacoba and Martha.  She was the second youngest of the four children. She had two half-sisters named Elisabeth and Katrina.
