Suretha was born on May 6th, 1987. Suretha's father is David Schalk Maartens and her mother is Margaretha Johanna van der Merwe. Her paternal grandparents were David Schalk Maartens and Susara Maria Johanna Prinsloo. She has two sisters named Leanri and Ruda. She is the second oldest of the three children.General Notes
