Beatrix Maria Meyer (Hendrika)

Beatrix was born on January 20th, 1821. Beatrix's father was Hermanus Hendrik Meyer and her mother was Johanna Dorothea Botha. Her paternal grandparents were Hendrik Meyer and Beatrix Maartens; her maternal grandparents were Frederik Botha and Elsie van der Merwe. She had five brothers and a sister, named Hendrik, Hermanus, Frederik, Nicolaas, Jan and Petronella. She was the second youngest of the seven children.
