Nicholaas Thomas Rust (Daniel)

Nicholaas' father was Henry Louis Rust and his mother was Elizabeth Adriana Maartens.  His paternal grandparents were Joseph Francis Rust and Bertha Francis Rust; his maternal grandfather was Hendrik Joachim Maartens and his maternal grandmother is NN. He had seven brothers and four sisters, named Harold, Joseph, Henry, John, Percy, George, Daniel, Bertha, Pearl, Mabel and Myrtle.
