Olof Abraham Vorster 
Olof was born on November 18th, 1816 in Treurfontein, Aliwal North. Olof's father was Johannes Hendrik Vorster and his mother was Sophia Aletta de Meyer (Jacoba). His paternal grandparents were Jacobus Adriaan Vorster and Maartje Lubbe. He had two brothers and a sister, named Johannes, Barend and Martha. He was the oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 76 on October 23rd, 1893 in Treurfontein, Aliwal North.General Notes
