Johanna (Joan) Susanna van Schalkwyk

Johanna, known as Joan, was born on February 22nd, 1945 in Wolseley. Joan's father was Marthinus Petrus van Schalkwyk and her mother was Johanna Susanna Dempers. Her paternal grandparents were Daniel Johannes van Schalkwyk and Beatrice Maria Kotze (Margaretha); her maternal grandparents were Johannes Abraham Dempers and Anna Gerber. She had three brothers and four sisters, named Dennis, Boetie, Koekes, Koekie, Beatie, Marlene and Enna. She died due to a cardiac arrest, Dynacepia due to heart failure. Went to sleep and never woke up., at the age of 66 on May 5th, 2011 in At her home in Centurion. The funeral took place in 2010 in Centurion and was arranged by Martins Funeral Home. She was cremated on May 10th, 2011 in Centurion.
