Hendrik (Harry) Jan Adendorff (Coenrad) 
Hendrik, known as Harry, was born on February 25th, 1869. Harry's father was Johan Christoffel Adendorff and his mother was Maria Johanna Aveling. His paternal grandparents were Johannes Christoffel Adendorff and Magdalena Frederica Heydenrich; his maternal grandparents were Dr Cornelius Klarus Aveling and Agnita Scherpenhuyzen. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Gempie, Wynand, Louis, Pieter, Angenita , Maggie, Carolina and Johanna. He was the fifth oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 43 on September 20th, 1912 in Pretoria.-
