Martha Elisabeth Liversage 
Martha was born on January 7th, 1865 in Greytown and her baptism took place on January 22nd, 1865. Martha's father was Charles Liversage and her mother was Maria Isabella Magdalena Martens. Her paternal grandparents were Samuel Liversage and Harriet Elisabeth Bond; her maternal grandparents were Jan Thomas(1) Martens and Anna Maria Isabella Coetzee. She had five brothers and nine sisters, named Samuel, Jan, Charles, William, Charles, Anna, Harriet, Maria, Johanna, Elisabeth, Sara, Victoria, Henrijetta and Wilhelmina. She was the seventh oldest of the fifteen children. She had a half-brother and four half-sisters, named Henry, Victoria, Elisabeth, Isabella and Hester. She died at the age of 35 on March 5th, 1900.-
