Cecilia Persis Maartens

Cecilia was born on June 27th, 1888. Cecilia's father was Johannes Hendrik Maartens and her mother was Agnita Maria Botha. Her paternal grandparents were Daniel Matthijs Maartens and Catharina Maria van Niekerk; her maternal grandparents were Cornelis Botha and Debora Susanna Maritz (Sophia). She had four brothers and six sisters, named Daniel, Cornelius, Johannes, Johannes, Catharina, Sophie, Agnita, Hendrina, Anna and Johanna. She was the second youngest of the eleven children. She died at the age of 1 on October 8th, 1889 in Lichtenburg. She was buried in LICHTENBURG, Main cemetery.
