Emmanuel Malan

Emmanuel was born on August 18th, 1933 and his baptism took place on March 4th, 1934 in Cedarville NG, Cape.  Emmanuel's father was Zacharia Rudolf Malan (Stephanus) and his mother was Cecilia Johanna Smith.  His maternal grandparents were Hendrik Stephanus Smith and Elsie Susanna de Wet. He had three brothers and two sisters, named David, Hendrik, Rudolf , Elsie and Petronella.  He is the second youngest of the six children.
