Olga was born on April 26th, 1913.  Olga's father was Edward  Sidney  Martens (Charles) and her mother was Nora Mary Bussmann.  Her paternal grandparents were August Charles Hendrick Martens and Louisa Francis. She had two brothers and three sisters, named Basil, Noel, Nora, Zoe and Eileen .  Nora and Olga were twins.  She died due to a medical problem, Cerebral vascular accident, at the age of 74 on August 9th, 1987 in Durban.
