Cecil Andrew Henning 
Cecil was born on December 14th, 1915. Cecil's father was Gert Frans Henning and his mother was Susanna Catharina Maartens. His paternal grandparents were Olivier Johannes Henning (Gerhardus Cornelis) and Cornelia Susanna Kotze; his maternal grandparents were Hendrik Joachim Maartens and Elizabeth Magdalena van Jaarsveld. He had eight brothers and two sisters, named Olivier, Hendrik, Gert, Adriaan, Filipe, Robert, John, Joseph, Elizabeth and Cornelia. He was the youngest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 81 on November 2nd, 1997.-
