Elsie Oosthuizen

Elsie was born in 1715 in Drakenstein and her christening took place there about 1715.  Elsie's father was Johannes  Oosthuizen and her mother was Johanna (Jannetje) Maartens.  Her maternal grandparents were Mr Mr Maartens and Mrs Mrs Maartens. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Gerhardus, Jan, Jacobus, Johanna, Barbara and Petronella.  She was the third youngest of the seven children.
