Maria Christina Koekemoer

Maria was born on September 18th, 1758 in Paarl and her baptism took place in 1759 in Swartland.  Maria's father was Diederik Koekemoer and her mother was Jacomina van Wyk.  Her paternal grandparents are <Unknown> and <Unknown>; her maternal grandparents were Gerrit Arie van Wyk and Elizabeth Vivier. She had three brothers named Gerrit, Diederik and Abraham.  She was the second oldest of the four children. She had four half-brothers named Joachim, Jochem, Johannes and Godlieb.
